Advanced four-wheel suspension system with cutting height compensation provides a comfortable ride and an even cutting height. Independent Front Suspension (IFS) features two control arms that connect to shock absorbers, designed to ensure wheels remain perpendicular to the ground throughout the range of travel. The swingarm rear suspension uses shock absorbers to stabilize the machine for a smooth ride. The four-wheel suspension system is connected to the mowing deck and maintains the mowing height throughout suspension travel. Mowing deck compensation allows the mower deck height to follow suspension movement and provide a consistent cut. Professional-grade Hydro-Gear® ZT-3400 transaxles with 7" cooling fans stay cool and maximize performance. The STIHL RZ 500 series mowers can reach a top forward ground speed of 10 mph and a top reverse speed of 5 mph. Along with the four-wheel suspension system, the large 23 x 10.5-12 rear tires provide stability through challenging terrain. Easily adjust the cutting height with a foot-operated lever to raise and lower the mowing deck. Durable, commercial-grade 52" or 60" fabricated mowing deck ensures a long life and quality cutting. Durable 5.25" aluminum spindles are greaseable to extend life span. Available with either a Briggs & Stratton or Kawasaki carbureted engines, giving more options to professionals. Each of the STIHL RZ 500 series engine options features a fully pressurized lubrication system with an oil filter, delivering clean oil to various parts of the engine, ensuring proper lubrication and extending the lifespan of the engine.显示更多
