It produces up to 6 PAS 108-compliant tyre bales per hour, each containing up to 400 tyres, depending on tyre size. Tyre volume is reduced by up to 80%, which makes a material difference to both transport costs and on-site storage requirements. Baling end-of-life tyres makes it practical to move them on to further processing destinations: construction projects, civil engineering applications, shredding facilities, pyrolysis plants, and energy recovery operations.
