The machine is still used daily and runs perfectly. Sale due to the purchase of a smaller machine. Undercarriage (fully rebuilt) • New idlers • New track rollers (top & bottom) • New track chains with custom-sized track shoes • New rear sprockets • Triple grouser track shoes for minimal ground penetration Engine & drivetrain • Engine completely overhauled down to the cylinder liners • Transmission inspected • Clutch inspected and correctly adjusted • Brakes inspected, new brake pads installed Hydraulics & structure • All cylinders renewed • All pins replaced, bores line-bored and fitted with new bushings • Blade trunnion ball renewed • Required wear plates refitted • Control valve block inspected and resealed • Rexroth valve block built for control via Trimble, Leica, or other systems Blade • Blade modified to 1.65 m width with hinged side doors • New blade shell welded in Machine control • Currently equipped with Trimble GCS900 3D wiring • Fully automatic operation with height control button and auto button on blade joystick • Can be sold with or without machine control wiring Usage & maintenance • Mainly used for grading cycle paths and walking paths • Operated with total station, tracer, or laser • Major service carried out approx. 300 hours ago: • Oil changed for clutch, powershift, transfer case, final drives, engine and hydraulics • All filters replaced • Spare filters and specific oils included with purchase The bulldozer runs perfectly and is still in daily use.
