The VRKh-30Ts is a mobile screw-type system for unloading cement from railway hopper wagons. It transfers the cement into cement tanker trucks, storage silos or bagging equipment. The unit works on existing rail tracks. It only needs a level, solid surface under the wagon and a prepared receiving pit, so no permanent unloading station is required. Two intake screws collect the cement from the wagon's discharge outlets. A feed screw then conveys it to the truck or receiving equipment. The enclosed screw design gives a steady, controlled flow with minimal dust and material loss.
