Vibrating screens are used in a crushing and screening plant to separate end products of various sizes. When the material is poured into the screen, the smaller ones pass through the screen surface. Vibrating screens are produced in two, three and four decks and in various sizes. The vibration system can be in the middle or above the screen body. It is obtained by rotating the eccentric weights connected to the shaft, which are mounted on the screen body. Screen body sits on fixed or mobile chassis with heavy type helical springs that absorb vibration. The vibration systems of these vibrating screens are operated by belt-pulley transmission with an electric motor. • Horizontal screens, capable of better-quality screening, are driven by a double drive center. • They can be used with 2 × 15 kW and 2 × 22 kW Motors. Depending on the aggregate size, it has screening capacity in the range of 150-300 tons per hour.
