The Conveyor Shop Vulcanising Press MVP50210 (19 x 83 Inch) This press is 3 phase and works on a 22* bias comes with: 4 x Lightweight aluminium beams (EB+ 2400mm x 178mm x 330mm ) 4 x Retaining bolts. 1 x Pair of platens with new silicone heating elements with fast heat up and rapid water cooling. 1x New design air bag with universal quick coupling. 1 x XE3 control box with a pair of leads with harting type connector 1x Power cable ( 5pin 32amp) 1 x Set of ‘in and out’ fast water cooling pipes (water pumps for cooling can be sold separately) Equipment fully tested in the Conveyor shop workshop in Leicester and holds two year guarantee. Full parts and repair service available. Offering great size versatility with complete coverage of all splice lengths, either fabric ply and steelcord. Air to 100 psi, or water bag 200psi (water pumps separately sold ) MVP is extremely portable as its a modular design so great for the workshop or on site.
