The Sany SY35U is a star 3.5-tonne zero-tail mini excavator, awarded the China Red Star Design Award and Golden Pin Design Award. Matched with a customized hydraulic system and load-sensing flow distribution technology, it features smooth compound operations without jamming. The bucket digging force reaches 30.4kN and the arm digging force 18.2kN, with an 8% increase in digging efficiency after structural optimization. With zero-tail swing and independent boom side-shift design, it moves easily in confined spaces such as narrow alleys and indoor areas. The standard two-way auxiliary pipeline enables flexible installation of attachments like breakers and grapples, and rubber tracks and extended arms are optional, adapting to diverse operational needs including digging, grabbing, breaking and drilling. The cab has been fully upgraded for humanization: a high-back shock-absorbing seat, optimized air conditioning ducts and silent design greatly reduce operational fatigue. The intelligent display and control screen integrates monitoring, alarm and other functions, providing a clear overview of equipment status. The undercarriage and bucket are structurally reinforced; the transverse pin design of bucket teeth allows for easy replacement and longer service life, and the double-shaft bearing type top roller maximizes the overall stability of the machine, balancing operational efficiency and equipment durability.
