Aftermarket Wire Line / Rope Socket for Cable Tool

- Wire Line / Rope Socket for Cable Tool - For cable tool well digging drill string, - Appears to be for 2" x 3" threaded stem, - Seems to have wire (which I would have assumed would have been for keeping mandrel intact while in storage) welded in place, - Not sure what that's about so selling as is - Located in Mifflinburg, PA USA
