The Volvo EC60 is a premium 6-ton compact crawler excavator, known for smooth operation, fuel efficiency, and operator comfort. It’s widely used in urban construction, landscaping, utility installation, and general earthmoving. The EC60C uses a Volvo D3.4D engine (39.7 kW @ 2,200 rpm), while the newer EC60E features a Volvo D2.6H (44.3 kW gross) meeting Stage V emissions. Operating weight is 5,750–5,820 kg. It has a load-sensing hydraulic system for precise control and strong digging force. The ROPS/FOPS cab offers ergonomic controls, low noise, and optional AC. It features a durable undercarriage, easy maintenance, and a 110 L fuel tank for long shifts.
