Hydraulic System Detailed Description
Dual independent variable displacement positive flow piston main pumps manufactured by Kawasaki, separate oil supply circuits for boom lifting, bucket operation, body swing and all medium auxiliary attachments. Four optional working modes (Heavy Load, Standard, Economy, Fine Precision Control) can be switched via central color monitor to match pipeline trenching, housing foundation excavation, bulk soil loading and light stone crushing construction tasks. All hydraulic cylinders are equipped with built-in anti-shock buffer valves to eliminate heavy-load impact vibration during mixed soil and gravel construction work. Factory pre-installed full medium-flow hydraulic breaker pipeline interface, compatible with 68-140mm hydraulic hammer without secondary refitting. Intelligent positive flow hydraulic control dynamically distributes pump output flow according to operation demand, reduces idle fuel consumption by 10% and improves overall machine operation efficiency by 17% compared to older generation models, delivering stable, responsive and high-efficiency digging performance for municipal road reconstruction, highway expansion, residential foundation digging and farm land consolidation projects.
