Hydraulic System Detailed Description
Dual super large displacement independent variable displacement load sensing piston main pumps, separated independent oil supply circuits for heavy boom lifting, large-capacity bucket excavation, high-torque full machine swing and all heavy-duty auxiliary attachments. Four intelligent switchable working modes (Heavy Load, Standard, Economy, Fine Precision Control) can be switched via central oversized color LCD monitor to adapt open-pit mine stripping, large industrial foundation excavation, mountain bulk soil loading and hard rock quarry crushing heavy construction scenarios. All hydraulic cylinders adopt ultra-thick reinforced cylinder barrels and built-in high-pressure double anti-shock buffer valves to eliminate severe impact vibration during long-time continuous rock breaking and heavy earthmoving operation. Factory pre-installed full heavy-flow hydraulic breaker pipeline interface, compatible with 135-175mm large hydraulic hammer without secondary pipeline refitting. Exclusive Sany Intelligent Power Matching hydraulic control dynamically distributes dual pump output flow according to real-time heavy load demand, reduces idle fuel consumption by 14% and improves overall construction cycle efficiency by 20% compared with previous generation 33-ton heavy excavators, delivering ultra-powerful, stable and cost-saving digging performance for open pit mines, highway subgrade filling and large-scale land reclamation projects. Auto idle function automatically reduces engine speed after joystick idle for 4 seconds to cut unnecessary fuel waste and lower long-term operation cost.
