Hydraulic System Detailed Description
Dual independent variable displacement load sensing piston main pumps, separated independent oil supply circuits for boom lifting, bucket operation, upperstructure swing and all medium heavy attachments. Multiple adjustable working modes selectable via color LCD monitor: Eco, Standard, Heavy Mode, matching urban municipal reconstruction, foundation excavation, bulk soil loading and medium hard rock crushing projects. All hydraulic cylinders adopt built-in double anti-shock buffer valves to suppress impact vibration during heavy-duty operation. Factory pre-installed full medium flow hydraulic breaker pipeline interface, compatible with 100-135mm hydraulic hammer without secondary pipeline modification. Exclusive Kobelco Intelligent Hydraulic Control System dynamically distributes pump output flow according to joystick load demand, cutting idle fuel consumption by 13% during long standby operation, delivering smooth, precise and fuel-efficient operation response. Auto idle function automatically reduces engine speed after 3 seconds of joystick inactivity to lower fuel consumption.
