Hydraulic System Detailed Description
Dual independent variable displacement load sensing piston main pumps, separated independent oil supply circuits for boom lifting, bucket operation, upperstructure swing and all heavy attachments. Multiple adjustable working modes selectable via color LCD monitor: Eco, Standard, Heavy Mode, matching quarry excavation, highway subgrade construction, bulk soil loading and medium hard rock crushing projects. All hydraulic cylinders adopt built-in double anti-shock buffer valves to suppress heavy-load impact vibration. Factory pre-installed full heavy-flow hydraulic breaker pipeline interface, compatible with 135-160mm hydraulic hammer without secondary pipeline modification. Exclusive CAT Intelligent Load Sensing Hydraulic Control System dynamically distributes pump output flow according to joystick load demand, cutting idle fuel consumption by 13% during long standby operation, delivering powerful, stable and fuel-efficient operation response. Auto idle function automatically reduces engine speed after 3 seconds of joystick inactivity to lower fuel consumption.
