VPS-2000 Semi-automatic stationary concrete block making machine, double layer (with face-mix and coarse mix concrete feeder), suitable for manufacturing concrete blocks (hollow blocks, solid blocks, hourdi blocks), pavers (paving stones), curbstones (kerbs) and other similar concrete products. VPS-2000 is an excellent standalone or entry level in-line solution with pallet transfer and product handling systems. Designed as a compact professional and universal concrete product making machine, equipped with pallet feeder, two hoppers and dispensers for the concrete (concrete feeder for base-mix and face-mix), “SINHRO VIBRATION” frequency-controlled modern vibration system, conveyor for finished concrete products. DESCRIPTION AND ADVANTAGES: - Product height 60-330mm - Mid-level production capacity of concrete products - Hoppers and feeders for face-mix and base-mix concrete - Single pallet block machine with pallet feeder and conveyor for concrete products on wet side - Tamper head vibration - “SINHRO VIBRATION” technology with 2x3kW, frequency controlled vibrations for maximum product quality with shortest cycle times.
