On-site batching plant suitable for concrete, screed, mortar and cold asphalt. Approximately 30m3/hour maximum output. Complete with 4m3 capacity aggregate storage bin with central divider, 1,500kg capacity cement bin, 900 litre capacity water tanks, hydraulic jet wash-down system, hydraulic oil tank and cooler, two independent conveyor belts (one for each side of bin) with with load cell technology, mixing via two continuous horizontal augers, the second discharge auger capable of 170 degree slewing and 20° inclination, 2x1 metre extension chutes. 2 x 30ltr admix tank and pump. Sand and cement bins are fitted with external air-operated vibrators and aggregate with manual roll-over sheet.
