AUTO-MAK d.o.o. Varaždin was founded on May 18, 1990. at the Commercial Court in Varaždin. The owner and director of the company is Dražen Kukec (born in 1964) who participates in the ownership share and as an authorized person in a percentage of 100%. The company started selling used cars, which was its core business until 1996. On March 1, 1996, the company opened its first exchange office in Varaždin at Kapucinski trg 12 (now Ankice Opolski 2). Given that the business results for 1996 and 1997 showed positive business, the decision of the director is to open a new branch. On 06.11.1998. a branch office is opened in Braće Radića Street no. 30. Then, in 1999, on 06.95.1999, a branch office in Zagrebačka 4 and on 06.11.1999. branch office in I. Kukuljevića 17.
