Agrivel Grain cleaner BISS-12

The BISS sieve separator is designed to clean grain (wheat, rye, oats, etc.) from impurities that differ in geometric dimensions and aerodynamic properties. Cleaning is done by spilling the grain through a sieve of a certain shape and size. Perfectly cleans and calibrates. The separator can operate in two modes, depending on the type of sieve used: preliminary cleaning of the product and final cleaning of the seeds. To clean the grain in the separator, you can use sieves with round, oblong or triangular holes that correspond to the shape and size of the main grain. Grain calibration for different fractions. Efficient cleaning of any culture in one go without additional manipulations. Universal arrangement thanks to which it is possible to change the cleared cultures by change of a sieve for another. There is no need to additionally train personnel to work on the equipment - the machines are extremely easy to set up and use. Each device has a self-cleaning mechanism using special balls. For cleaning it is possible to lay grain of any level of purity and moisture index.
