The operating procedure consists in feeding the product onto the working surface of the deck. The deck is covered with a metal mesh, the size of holes of which is selected depending on the size of the processed product. The air flow through the mesh is uniform over the entire surface. The deck is given an oscillating motion of directional action, as a result of which a liquefied layer of product is formed on the deck. The heavier particles "sink" and sink onto the deck and are carried away to the upper part (stone exit) due to the oscillating directional movement. The lighter product "floats" and "flows" in the opposite direction to the bottom of the deck (clean product output).
