Swath pick-up header3.4 m ➤ LUPUS company! We are a manufacturer of agricultural machinery! Adaptable to any combine brand GET THE BIGGEST HARVESTS The swath collection attachment has been adapted to collect plants from the swath previously mowed with the swath attachment, e.g. a swath pick-up. Rapeseed, mustard, faba bean, buckwheat or grass seeds. The machine is designed to handle slightly sloping, heavily weedy and unevenly ripening crops. The swath pick-up uses a rubber band approximately one meter long to which pairs of tines are attached. They transfer the collected mass to the cochlea, which narrows its flow. There is also an apron between the two bands. It prevents the material from being drawn back into the beard. The pick-up only requires a pair of hydraulic couplings to power the orbital motor that drives the belt. When collecting swaths with a standard cutter bar with a cutting knife, the grain falls to the ground. In addition, the equipment is at risk of damage due to constant contact with uneven ground. The pick-up, on the other hand, is at the right height from the ground and only the pick-up fingers made of flexible material are in contact with it. This allows you to work at a higher speed of up to 14 km/h. This conveyor uses hoses that, in the case of a traditional grain elevator, are responsible for powering the motorhome. Thanks to this, we can adjust the speed of the tape to the needs or set the automatic mode, in which its speed will be synchronized with the speed of the roller.
